- Follow agreed terms for inventory management, invoicing, and reporting.
4. Fees and Payments
Fees are determined based on the terms of our service agreement. Payments for consumed inventory will be due as per the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension.

All intellectual property rights in our service, website, and materials are owned by SPARENET INDIA or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
SPARENET INDIA is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
- Any loss of business, revenue, or profits.
- Any claims beyond the fees paid to us in the past 12 months.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services for non-compliance with these Terms. You may terminate our services by providing written notice, subject to any termination fees outlined in your agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jurisdiction of INDIA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Thane Jurisdiction.
